Building and analyzing PPI networks
Construct protein–protein interaction networks and analyze them. Tool: Cytoscape.

Enrichment and hub genes
Run functional enrichment and identify hub genes. Tools: STRING, cytoHubba.
06
Web-based PPI tools and troubleshooting
Explore web-based PPI tools and best practices. Tools: GeneMANIA, STRING.

What will I need on my computer?
A computer running Windows 10/11, macOS or Linux, with a reliable internet connection. Google Meet runs in your web browser.

Every session is recorded, and you get access to the recordings.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. The certificate is awarded on completing the course assignment.
