Introduction to ChIP-Seq
ChIP-Seq experiments and the data analysis workflow.

Quality control and preprocessing
Check and clean raw reads. Tools: FastQC, MultiQC, Cutadapt.

Alignment and post-alignment processing
Align reads to a reference genome and process the alignments. Tools: Bowtie2, BWA-MEM, SAMtools, Picard.

Peak calling and annotation
Identify enriched regions and annotate them. Tools: MACS, ChIPseeker, BEDTools.
05
Differential peaks and motif analysis
Compare conditions and discover motifs. Tools: DiffBind, DESeq2, MEME Suite, RSAT.
06
Visualization and interpretation
Visualize results and integrate them into biological conclusions.

A basic understanding of bioinformatics and genomics is expected.
What will I need on my computer?
A computer running Windows 10/11, macOS or Linux, with a reliable internet connection. Google Meet runs in your web browser.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded, and you get access to the recordings.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. The certificate is awarded on completing the course assignment.
