This is a exciting opportunity to work on developing cutting-edge genomics methods. The main focus will be on unravelling the intricate relationship between the sequence of the human genome and the development of common diseases. You will work on a collaborative project with Professor Ceclia Lindgen’s group at the Big Data Institute that aims to develop machine learning and laboratory based approaches, for decoding how the human genome encodes gene expression levels.
